The Marketing Manifesto .... #1: The Future of Marketing

Throughout the course of the past year, I have been seeding the new MyMarketingLife community with 'The Marketing Manifesto' thought-provoking pieces, based around my research and insights into the challenges and opportunities, yet unresolved, for the Marketer.

These will shortly be compiled and expanded on in a new major title, published within MyMarketingLife and offer some leadership that is sorely required, for the profession.

Check out the first of those Manifestos - click on the image above / links to get a copy of manifesto #1.

Well, now that MyMarketingLife has been officially launched and being fully developed throughout the rest of the year, we have turned to launching the new 'virtual focus group and customer insight system' - See My Customers.

Having hated the fact that even though we have more technology, more sophistry and supposedly a 'market and customer centric aspiration' most organisations are actually becoming MORE REMOTE from their customers and prospects.

To help combat this, and to increase ROI for campaigns and customer surveying / research, we have developed SMC in partnership with internet interview company Sonru to bring you the means to truly 'invite the customer or prospect in to the company' in a virtual sense, recording their vox-pop word-of-mouth thoughts and preferences, and harnessing the real voice of the customer.

We then can take this in to our board meetings or market research discussions and subsequent decision-making on new products or services, or campaign planning.

Check it out - we are looking for early bird BETA testers as part of a pilot programme:

And we will keep you up to date with developments and if appropriate and applicable, invite you to be part of the pilot programme.
